We like to think of today as a new chapter in the book of Spyz, turning on a whole new batch of people who may not have ever heard of Spyz. We're also filming a full concert on August 11 that we plan to release as a dvd, hopefully by Christmas. Once I lock the particulars down for the gig, I will post all the details for anyone that wants to come and show love! We're getting things done and even better, on our own terms and even better than that, with total ownership of masters and film rights. This will ensure the continuation of Spyz making music and eventually, touring again! Thanks to all of the family, we love each and every one of you! The time has come to fly from the west coast and see a Spyz show. As I've told my wife more than once, the Spyz are the last band that I absolutely MUST see before I die. (Although I'm not dying.) All of the other, "must see before dying" bands have been seen & you guys are the last one on the list. Is this August 11th show for real? Is it in NYC? I would like to make travel arraingments in the immediate future. Yes, this is THAT important to me. Freaking 16 years I've wanted to see you guys, since I was a soldier in Denver training for Iraq part I and picked up Gumbo.
