| Hi! FORUM FRIENDS, SPYZMANIACS, HMSLOVERS AND EVERYONE OUT THERE If you want to make a question to the band members this is the place.
I´m only want to say that we are lucky cause Jimi always talk, gives his opinion and laugh with us sharing his time with us too. Not all artist do this, and this time we can make questions to Rick and Tobias.THANKS
(Thank you Pierre but you do this things better) | |

| I agree with you, my friend. I feel so good when I can hear and talk with my favourite musicians... And Jimi-Rick-Tobias are very nice and humble when they talk to their fans in the forum. You know Kike, there is a lot of artists who never hear the words of her fans (we are the only people who listen again and again and again... and again that marvelous albums) and some kind of that must learn that we are the 50% of the band. We support them. So, I hope that 24-7 Spyz and our, the fans, never change because... ¡24-7 Spyz are all!

| [quote="Kike Gimeno"] I have some questions: To Jimi: In your period before the reunite with you brother Rick. What did you think? Start with other musicians, a band with another name ........? Who are your all times favorites singers? Hi Kike! During the period before Rick & I hooked up, I stopped playing because I was irritated and pissed about everything and everybody related to the music biz. I eventually came out of my "blue period" after watching the Band of Gypsies dvd. I cried like a baby because it made me remember why I wanted to play and make music to begin with. It had nothing to do with the biz, my motives were pure. Once I picked up the guitar again, I began writing songs and returned to playing for the love of playing. The songs I wrote would eventually become my solo disc and I put a band together with Tony Lewis & AJ Creswell. We played a handful of shows and the band eventually turned into Spyz, with Rick & Tony Lewis!
My favorite singers? Oh man! Too many to name! But if I had to pick the ones that left the biggest mark on me, they would be:
Donny Hathaway Stevie Wonder Leslie Wilson of the New Birth George Duke Johnny Hartman Harry Ray of the Moments Al Green William Hart of the Delfonics Sam "Little Sonny" Brown of the Intruders Minnie Riperton Aretha Franklin Dionne Warwick
That my list! Part one, that is!

| Jimi or Rick,
On the back cover of Harder Than You, next to each band member's name there are trades (Jimi Hazel CARPENTER, Rick Skatore TV REPAIRMAN). I remember my friend and I thinking that's probably what you guys did for day jobs at the time. Was that right?
Thanks,
Mike | |
