It's true she's beautiful! I had fun this morning seeing Jimi playing it on the DVD! Amazing that she was in a perfect state!

By the way, can someone tell me who I could ask the value of my guitar? It's a second hand japanese strat from the early 80's. Thanx! I'm curious about the price to know if I paid the right one.

A friend of mine told me that if it´s a Vintage, jv series,over 600 euros minimum.

I think it is . It's a 3 colour Sunburst Strat (not a Squier; and the head is not as large as the 70's ones) with a "Kähler" vibrato (with a licence by Floyd Rose). In fact, the guy who sold it to me had bought it in 1987 but he didn't know the year it was build. I bought it 1000 € (100 € per month, my name isn't Rockefeller! ).

Edit: Thanx to the serial number, I knew she was buitl between 85 ans 87 (an "E" serial number). It's a custom wtith a vibrato that can only to the lower notes because I'd have to dig the wood, which is not in the interest of my dear guitar. Ok I leave!
