Glad to read the details about that concert and the beginnings with real music when Jimi was only a child, the words of Oscar Jordan are sincere and full of love about the music too. Thanks Kike Smile Excellent !

As i 've said many times to younger guys who wanted to start in music, "take lessons will allows you faster to play, but not taking lessons will oblige you to find something personal"...
And don't you think it would have been a torture to have lessons where the guy explains you that the way you tuned your guitar is not the fluent one, and your hand position is not really traditional ? As you already found your way...
I understand you, Jimi^^ I've been through the same kind of story on drums, the difference is that i was really bad, so it has been no such pain to change my bad habits ^^

Neeeeeext !!!

The more natural way to approach children to music is in a natural way, in this example Jimi go to music cause he wanted to do it and learned listening and watching his family. Like in Africa do the children playing djembe imitating the olders boys and men.
In Argentina soccer clubs watch boys playing in the street and when they found the good ones call them to their clubs.
On traditional games children play doing what men do and playing for fun too
You can help children in the first ages playing with them learning them the musicality afterwards come the lessons only if they want to learn on a academic way.
