A few weeks ago I spent several hours working on a Spyz entry for the largest encylcopedia in the world...WIKIPEDIA.

I left out one very crucial paragraph:

Jimi is in love with the Queens dance club version of "Jungle Boogie" that still circulates. After all, along with Temporarily Disconnected, he feels this is the greatest Spyz release in the history of humanity and he would do anything, including forming a band with Sylvia Rhone and P Fluid, to see that this dance club version of "Jungle Boogie" is heard by the masses.

Funny. I've been adding to it as well and am in the process of knocking Walter Rattamus into the collection--as he refuses to be left out.

It's not a translation, it's "my" story of the band.
Not as good as Kevin's article, but all french guys who know things i didn't wrote are welcomed to add the missing parts.

Not looking for drama but I couldn't help respond when I read this old post. Just don't like people taking credit for an article that I wrote two months before they made a few additional contributions to it. I did a hell of a lot of research online to do an extensive re-write and, at least the way I'm reading this post, it sounds to me like someone else is taking the credit.

Once again, don't want to start any drama and maybe I'm misinterpreting, but it kind of annoyed me.

Sorry for this, how could we (members here) knew about it ?
And of course if it's true, it's sad, but the most important thing is that the article is there, and that those who wants to know more about the band can read this.
Anyway, thanks for this article, it was and still is very usefull for the fans.

Calm down buddy. I said I spent hours WORKING on it, which is true. I never said I wrote the entire article. It's Wikipedia....no one writes entire pieces...it's a community effort. I did lots of cleaning up, fact correction, and quite a bit of writing myself. Lots of it actually. I also started this article in 2005. The article you re-wrote was written largely by myself but, as with all Wikipedia articles, was wrongly edited by other contributors later on. I've worked with Jimi to help out the Spyz whenever I can and he's aware of that.

Are you the president of the entire article? Did I miss elections?
